Since 2007, the St. George Lions have generously supported Breast Cancer Care and Services at Dixie Regional through their annual “Tough Enough To Wear Pink” rodeo. In six short years, this dynamic community service organization has gifted $60,000—with their latest “installment” of $10,000 presented to the hospital late last fall. “It’s an honor to be part of such a great organization and
also to be able to help so many with our charitable work,” said Darren Coughlin, 2012 Lions Rodeo Chairman. “We’ve seen the difference in the lives of loved ones related to our members—and to know our impact goes even further into the community at large makes it really meaningful to all of us.”
Lions member and major rodeo sponsor John Ames concurs. “It’s a privilege to help each year. And as my family and I have had much personal experience with care at Dixie Regional, our support comes with the deepest gratitude.”
